By creating an account or using Clipioom you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms may change; we'll tell you when they do.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or link. You grant us a limited right to process it so we can render clips back to you.
3. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have rights to. Don't use the API to clone the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.
4. Fees and refunds
Paid plans renew monthly. Cancel any time; your access runs through the end of the billing period. We refund accidental duplicate charges, no questions.
5. Warranty disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it up and accurate but we can't guarantee it will always work or always be right.
